Labyrinth On The Thames have revealed another major act for this year's edition.
The London concert series has confirmed that Moby will top the bill at the iconic Old Royal Naval College, a World Heritage Site in Greenwich, on August 15.
The award-winning singer-songwriter, DJ and producer will perform a rare show in the capital, featuring hits from his 35-year career and new music from his upcoming 23rd studio album, 'Future Quiet', out on February 20 via BMG — head here for more details on that. Moby said:
"For almost my entire life, I’ve been obsessed with and inspired by music from the UK, so it’s always a humbling honor to perform in a place that’s given me so much inspiration, especially in this amazing Unesco heritage site."
Co-founder of Labyrinth, Nick Castleman added: "Moby is a dream booking for us all at Labyrinth. An inspiring artist, who's played a pivotal role in shaping the sounds we all hear today. Experiencing him perform at this site, with the sun setting over the London City skyline behind him, is going to be a memory we'll all take with us for the rest of our lives. We couldn’t be more thrilled to host this date."
Moby will also headline Brighton Beach with a full live band on July 26 for the closing day of On The Beach Festival. Before that, he'll play a show in Mexico City in March, California's Coachella in April, and several European festivals as part of his biggest tour in a decade. Tickets are on sale now.
Also confirmed for this summer's Labyrinth On The Thames series are Dom Dolla and Overmono, who headline on August 1 and 7, respectively.
Tickets for Overmono's gig go on general sale at 12pm on January 29, with Dom Dolla's show on sale at 10am on January 30, and Moby's performance on sale the same day at 11am.
