'EXPERIMENTAL RAP' is set to arrive through AWAL Recordings on May 29, following up 2024's 'I Lay Down My Life For You' and its 2025 'Director's Cut' edition.
Details are still limited, but the project will include the newly released first single babygirl, which fuses rock and punk influences with a hypnotic vocal sample and heavy, distorted guitars, and comes with a video co-directed by Logan Fields and JPEGMAFIA.
Alongside the anouncement, the American rapper, singer and producer has scheduled a 20-date North American tour, featuring support from redveil and Matt Proxy, kicking off September 22 in Spokane and wrapping up on October 24 in Atlanta. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on May 6.
Prior to the tour, he'll head to Europe for several festival appearances, including Outbreak Fest London on August 23, as part of the All Points East series. Tickets are on sale now.
Since his last album, JPEGMAFIA also released a collaborative EP with Flume titled 'We Live in a Society' in 2025 and has continued to work with a number of other major artists.
