FLO have announced their sophomore album.
The BRIT-winning and Grammy-nominated London trio will release 'Therapy At The Club' on July 24, following up their 2024 debut 'Access All Areas' and last year's extended edition, 'Access All Areas: Unlocked'.
Written with Amy Allen (best known for her work with Olivia Dean), Steph Jones (Sabrina Carpenter and JADE), Julian Bunetta (Teddy Swims and Gracie Abrams) and Boy Matthews (TWICE and Zayn), with contributions from previous collaborators Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter, the album blends dark, emotional R&B and pop with personal storytelling that explores themes of desire, heartbreak and confidence. FLO explained:
"We’re incredibly proud to finally share 'Therapy at the Club', our sophomore album with the world. It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us, it’s been a labour of love. For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out…that's the vibe!
"We’ve been very hands on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that's made it even more meaningful to us. This album represents where we are right now - honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!"
Alongside the news, Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma and Jorja Douglas have shared a cinematic album trailer as well as the title track, a smooth R&B offering about healing through nights out, music and friendship. The song was first debuted during FLO's performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk in February and follows the previously released lead single Leak It, which dropped in March. The full tracklist is still to be revealed.
