Lainey Wilson Posts New Single Phone, Keys, Wallet Featuring John Mayer

Lainey Wilson has shared a new single featuring John Mayer.
Released via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville and featuring guitar work by Mayer, the reflective Phone, Keys, Wallet was penned by the Louisiana country star while on the road during the final leg of her Whirlwind World Tour before recording sessions at Mayer's Chaplin Studios in Los Angeles.
Commenting on the track, which finds her celebrating the person who loves her through the messy, chaotic parts of life, the singer said:
"I feel like a tornado with boots on half the time, and this song is really about finding somebody who’s okay with that chaos and chooses to love you through it anyway."
The collaboration follows Wilson's recent song with Miley Cyrus, Younger You, and Can't Sit Still, released in April and March, respectively. She also featured on Brandon Lake's spring track The Jesus I Know Now. Her latest album was 2024's 'Whirlwind', which was followed by a deluxe edition in 2025.
Wilson will play CMA Fest in Nashville this weekend (June 6) before continuing her US stadium dates supporting Chris Stapleton throughout the summer.
