Chris Stapleton is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist and record producer from Kentucky, who moved to Nashville in 2001 in pursuit of a music career.
Over his extensive career, Stapleton has amassed credits to co-writing over 170 songs, and six #1 Country singles, including those of Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Vince Gill, Peter Frampton and Sheryl Crow.
As a performer and artist himself, it's not just about writing for other people. His debut album 'Traveller' dropped in 2015, and was followed up by 'From A Room' Volumes 1 and 2 in 2017.
He's toured headline shows around the US, as well as having opened for the likes of Tom Petty, the Eagles, Guns N Roses, Warren Hayes and Eric Church.
Stapleton has been recognized with several awards including five Grammy Awards, seven Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, and seven Country Music Association (CMA) Awards.
