The Killers' Frontman Brandon Flowers Teases Country Album 'THRASHER' With New Single Paradise

Brandon Flowers has released another single from his upcoming solo album.
Following last month's Plans, Paradise deals in upbeat, Nashville-inspired influences while The Killers frontman reflects on his family's history in the Las Vegas casino industry. It marks the second preview of 'THRASHER', due out through Island Records on August 21.
In a social media post earlier this week, Flowers appeared to take a shot at Phil Collins while promoting the song, suggesting that Paradise would set things straight after Collins' 1989 single Another Day in Paradise drew blacklash on its release for its portrayal of homeless people. Flowers wrote:
“Back in October ‘89, Phil Collins took ‘Another Day In Paradise’ from the working man. This Friday the 17th, I’ll be returning it to its rightful owner."
Flowers will support 'THRASHER' with tour dates across North America, the UK and Ireland this autumn, when he'll perform songs from the album live for the first time, alongside material from his other two solo records, 2015's 'The Desired Effect' and 2010's 'Flamingo', plus a selection of The Killers songs.
