Troye Sivan Returns With Title Track Of Fourth Studio Album 'She's The Best'

Troye Sivan has announced his fourth studio album.
The follow-up to 2023's 'Something To Give Each Other' is titled 'She's the Best' and is set to arrive on October 9, marking the Grammy-nominated Australian artist's first new music since signing with Interscope Records. It's described as an immersive project that explores themes of desire, identity, joy, loneliness, and queer belonging in an honest way. Sivan explained:
"She’s the Best is a painting that captures my life in all of its moods and colours. It explores the high-octane highs of the last few years, and the solitude and longing that sat underneath. It’s chaotic, layered, organic, troubled and alive. It feels like the truest and most creative version of myself I’ve ever shared. At some point along the way I realised - the only constant in my life keeping me somewhat sane has not been the work, or the men, but the feminine. Thank god for them."
To celebrate the news, Sivan has shared the album's title track. Written with Leland, George Daniel, Jack Antonoff and Styalz Fuego, and co-produced alongside Daniel, Antonoff and Fuego, the song builds to a euphoric sound through spoken words, guitars, strings and synths, while serving as a love letter to women, especially trans women, as well as drag queens and feminine people who have shaped Sivan's life.

It sees Sivan reuniting with director Gordon von Steiner, who also helmed the promos for Sivan's 'Something To Give Each Other' singles, One of Your Girls, Got Me Started and Rush.
The full tracklist for the album has yet to be revealed but Sivan has taken to social media to share the cover art.
Since his last album, Sivan has also released the 'Honey' remix EP in 2024 and collaborated with major artists including Dua Lipa, Charli XCX and Guitarricadelafuente on remixes of their songs.
