Cameron Winter has announced a new concert film to accompany his recently announced debut live album.
Directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson, Cameron Winter At Carnegie Hall captures the Geese frontman's sold-out show at the famous Manhattan concert hall on December 11, 2025, where he performed stripped back renditions of tracks from his 2024 debut solo album, 'Heavy Metal', as well as three previously unreleased songs.
The One Battle After Another director shot it on 35mm and 16mm film and it was co-produced by Benny Safdie.
The film will tour US cinemas beginning with screenings in New York and Los Angeles on November 20. Other initial locations include Washington D.C., San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Nashville, Dallas, Milwaukee, Houston, Louisville, Austin, and Omaha, with more cities to be announced in the coming weeks. The music was also recorded for a separate, previously-announced album, 'Live At Carnegie Hall', due out on October 9 via Partisan Records/Play It Again Sam. Head here for details on that.
Meanwhile, Geese released their latest album, 'Getting Killed', last September. The band will headline End Of The Road festival in Salisbury next month alongside Pulp, CMAT and Mac DeMarco, following their current run of UK dates that includes Reading and Leeds festival this weekend. They'll then head to North America for an autumn tour. Tickets are on sale.
