Lightning Seeds Tour

Massive 90s-tastic band, fronted by droopy-faced Liverpudlian Ian Broudie, The Lightning Seeds are touring once again following on from the success of last year’s album ‘Four Winds’. Coming soon to a venue near you. Click Here to Compare & Buy Lightning Seeds Tickets

For better or worse, The Lightning Seeds are most widely known for their melancholic football anthem ‘Three Lions’ that teared English eyes up and down football terraces everywhere. They also produce a string of good albums and chart-worrying singles like ‘Pure’ and ‘The Life of Riley’.

The Lightning Seeds were Broudie’s idea. Previously, he was in a punk band called ‘Big in Japan’, but they weren’t going anywhere, so they split up. Subsequently, members of that band went on to success with The KLF, Siouxsie & the Banshees, The Teardrop Explodes and Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

The Lightning Seeds are playing:

April 23rd - Cadogan Hall, London
April 25th - Memorial Hall, Sheffield
April 27th - St Georges, Bristol
April 29th - The Anvil, Basingstoke
