The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an annual series of concerts by bands from the British Armed Forces, International Military, and the Commonwealth. Described as a ‘tattoo’ - a term that comes from ‘last orders’ in Dutch - it’s grown into a massive celebration attended by hundreds of thousands of people each year.
