Schedule Announced For Focus Wales 2025 15th Anniversary Edition

Wrexham will welcome over 22,000 people later this spring for the 15th anniversary edition of Focus Wales, the international showcase festival.
The established event will return to the Welsh city to present 250 artists across 20 stages in early May, including Sprints, Nova Twins, Gruff Rhys, L E M F R E C K, The Wytches, Ani Glass, Mclusky, Mace The Great, and Panic Shack.
This year the festival continues its long-running commitment to introducing its patrons to not only Welsh talent, but acts from across the globe, including Australia, the Balearics, Belgium, Canada, Catalonia, Denmark, England, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Somaliland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the US.

Sticking with tradition, alongside the stacked musical line-up, Focus Wales will host a music conference, which this year features discussions with delegates Adam Whitmore (Events & Bookings Coordinator for The Gate), Aleighcia Scott (artist and BBC Radio Wales host), Caroline Murphy (co-founder of SoundBox Music), Connor Cupples (Operations Manager & National Promoter at Crosstown Concerts), and Matt Dabb (in-house engineer and head tech at Le Pub), among many, many others.
The BAFTA-Cymru Qualifying FOCUS Wales Film Festival will return on May 9 and 10 inside Theatr Ial at Coleg Cambria to showcase new Welsh and International films.
