Higher Brothers are a hip hop and trap group from Chengdu, Sichuan, China, consisting of members MaSiWei, (马思唯) formerly known as OG Skippy, DZknow (丁震), Psy.P (杨俊逸) and Melo (谢宇杰).
Higher Brothers are part of a larger Sichuan-based rap collective called Cheng Du City Rap House, or CDC (说唱会馆). Psy.P and Melo were also part of a duo together called 天地会 (TianDi Clan, or TDC) before forming the Higher Brothers. They first appeared on the 88rising YouTube channel in 2016, but were active before that, with videos dating back from 2012. Their debut album 'Black Cab' was released May 2017, and was followed byt he 2018 EP 'journey To The West' and their second full length 'Five Stars in February 2019. Due to the success of tracks like Made In China and Franklin, the Higher Brothers have embarked on tours around Asia and the US. Higher Brothers take over the O2 Academy Islington in September.
