Jahmek Power, or Jammer, is an English critically acclaimed grime artist, rapper and producer, best known for his participation in the grime crew Boy Better Know. Jammer also runs Lord of the Mics, an annual battle-rap competition.
Having been making beats since 1999, Jammer joined the East London group Nasty Crew in 2000 before releaseing his own track, Take U Out, in 2003. He signed with Big Dada Recordings and released his first full-length, 'Jahmanji', in May 2010. In 2014, Jammer released what was meant to be his first album entitled 'Top Producer' for free, in which all the tracks were recorded between 2004–2006. He's also released a string of mix tapes during those years, entitled 'Are You Dumb?' Volumes 1-4. In 2018, Jammer will play his first ever solo headline show at London's XOYO in April.
