John Power is an English singer-songwriter and musician from Allerton, Liverpool, who is best known as the frontman of Cast.
Starting his music career in 1986, as a member of The La’s, he went on to become the frontman of Cast, the band released four albums, before splitting. They reformed in 2010 and released a further album, ‘Troubled Time’ in 2012. He released his debut solo album, ‘Happening for Love’, in 2003, followed by ‘Willow She Weeps’, in 2006 and ‘Stormbreaker’ in 2008. he released a Great Hits album in 2016.
