Knifeworld are an English psychedelic rock band from London, fronted by former Cardiacs and The Monsoon Bassoon member Kavus Torabi, alongside Melanie Woods, Emmett Elvin, Chloe Herrington, Charlie Cawood, Josh Perl, Oliver Sellwood and Ben Woolacott.
Formed 2009, the band released their debut album,‘Buried Alone - Tales of Crushing Defeat’, via Torabi’s label Believer's Roast and toured across the UK and Europe. The band then signed to InsideOut Music and released their second record,‘The Unravelling’, in July 2014, and followed it with touring in the autumn. The band released their latest album, 'Bottled Out Of Eden', in April 2016. Knifeworld are set to play London’s Islington in January 2017.
