He uploaded his first YouTube skit in 2012, making comedy videos with his friends up until 2020, when he created the Lyle The Therapy Gecko character in a video titled HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP. From there, he began live streaming as the character, then uploading the highlights to his channel. The now hugely popular webseries and podcast sees him receive calls from viewers who discuss their problems—either genuine or jokes—and Lyle will respond with his advice.
