Matt Bianco is a British ‘sophisti-pop’ outfit hailing from all corners of the UK. Formed in 1983, the band most famously consisted of founding member and frontman Mark Reilly alongside keyboard-player Danny White and singer Basia, though it currently operates as a duo of Reilly alongside producer, songwriter and talented musician Mark Fisher.
Earning their ‘sophisti-pop’ moniker thanks to their jazz, bossa-nova, latin, and soul inspired take on the pop genre, Matt Bianco became a popular act across the UK and especially Europe over their years together.
