Matt Hollywood is an American indie rock singer-songwriter and guitarist, now based in Georgia. He is best known as a member of The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Out Crowd.
Starting his music career in 1993, as a member of The Imajinary Friends, the band released their debut album, before Matt Hollywood left to join The Brian Jonestown Massacre. After seven albums he left the band to concentrate on The Out Crowd, who released two albums, before splitting in 2006. He then rejoined The Brian Jonestown Massacre for the album, ‘Aufheben’, in 2012, before leaving again. He is currently performing under the name Matt Hollywood and the Bad Feelings.
