Neil Young is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Toronto, Ontario. Born in 1945, he’s now regarded as one of music’s greatest artists, boasting a career that has spanned over 40 years.

Co-founding the band Buffalo Springfield in 1966 and joining Crosby, Stills & Nash as a fourth member in 1969, Young has also been closely associated with Crazy Horse since the late 1960s, with the group co-credited on 15 studio albums and numerous live albums.

Young released his eponymous debut solo album in 1968, starting what was to be a hugely-successful and critically-acclaimed career in rock and roll.

Young’s legendary songwriting prowess and musical talent has seen him inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame not once, but twice, firstly as a solo musician, and then as a member of Buffalo Springfield. He’s also no stranger to an award ceremony, receiving a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song and three Juno Awards in 2011, one for Artist of the Year.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse have announced their first full North American tour in a decade for spring 2024, which they've billed as the Love Earth Tour. Due to demand, Young has extended the run with summer dates, with the trek now scheduled to close on September 29 in Hollywood, California at the Hollywood Bowl.
