Peace One Day tour dates and tickets
The Peace One Day Celebration is a live event showcasing international artists and speakers in honour of the UN’s International Day of Peace, held annually on 21 September.

Established in 1999 by British filmmaker Jeremy Gilley, with the goal of securing a fixed date for an annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence, in 2001 the organisation’s efforts were recognised when all 193 UN member states unanimously adopted 21 September as Peace Day.

The Peace One Day Celebration has since grown into a global broadcast event, with 38 major shows to date featuring performances by artists including Sir Elton John, Akon, Annie Lennox, Patti Smith, Lenny Kravitz, Peter Gabriel, John Legend, Bryan Adams and Dave Stewart, among others.

In addition to its cultural programming, Peace One Day has led initiatives across sport, education, the environment and the corporate sector to raise awareness and encourage peaceful action. In 2022, independent analysis suggested a 15% reduction in violent deaths on 21 September globally compared to other days of the year.

The Peace One Day Celebration takes over the OVO Arena Wembley on September 21, 2025, featuring performances from Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, Daryl Hall, Basement Jaxx, Emmanuel Kelly and much more, plus special guests and speakers from around the world.
