Originally started as a photo blog on Tumblr, founders Imran Ciesay and Solomon 'Soulz' Boyede have not only photographed some of the most prolific artists in hip hop—from Playboi Carti to Frank Ocean—but have expanded the brand to include streetwear, a zine, a party promotor and releasing music. They put out their debut mixtape in 2017, hosting sold-out events and parties in the UK, USA, Japan, South Korea, Italy, France, Canada, Hong Kong and more, hosting acts that have included Skepta, Kenny Beats, Giggs and AJ Tracey. The duo have performed at some of the UK's biggest festivals, including Wireless, Lovebox, Parklife and more. Places + Faces will headline the Somerset House Summer Series in July 2022.
