Rip It Up is a stage show that showcases music and dances from certain decades in a theatrical live show with celebrity professional dancers.
Its first outing in 2017 saw Jay McGuiness, Natalie Lowe and Louis Smith celebrating the 1950s. The show featured the two Strictly' dancers, alongside professional dancer Natalie Lowe, dancing to tracks from the likes of Buddy Holly, Peggy Lee, Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, The Drifters, Elvis, Little Richard, Bill Haley and more.
Now, for 2018, Rip It Up will dance through the 1960 at UK venues this autumn, this time starring Harry Judd, Aston Merrygold and Louis Smith. Backed by the exceptional Rip It Up live band and a stunning supporting cast of singers and dancers, the Strictly champions will dance to songs from British legends such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, the Bee Gees, Small Faces and The Kinks, and American superstars such as The Beach Boys, Simon & Garfunkel, The Byrds, The Doors, and The Mamas & The Papas.
