General Help & Venue Information
Age restrictions are set by the venue and vary for each event. Most arena and stadium shows allow children over 5 years old to attend, as long as they are accompanied by an adult but variations to this policy do occur. Some standing only venues (such as O2 Academies and Concert Halls) will allow over 14's to attend with an adult. Please check the event details page, and the official ticket seller, for specific information. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for entry, security checks, and finding your seat. Door times are listed on the ticket. All venues are committed to being accessible to all fans. For specific information regarding accessible seating, entrances, or other accommodations, please contact the venue directly. Parking availability varies by venue and city. We recommend checking the venue's official website for the most up-to-date information on nearby car parks, hourly/daily rates, and public transportation options.
