Susheela Raman is a British Indian singer-songwriter and musician from Hendon, London.
Starting her music career in 1997, she released her debut album, ‘Salt Rain’, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Her second album, ‘Love Trap’, was released in 2003, ‘Music for Crocodiles’, came out in 2005, ‘33 1⁄3’ in 2007 and ‘Vel’ in 2011. She released her latest album, ‘Queen Between’, in 2014. Susheela Raman is set to play London’s Roundhouse as part of their In The Round concert series in February.
