Three Trapped Tigers are a British instrumental noise rock band from London, consisting of Tom Rogerson on keyboards, Adam Betts, on drums and electronics, and Matt Calvert on guitar and synth.
Formed in 2007, the band released their debut EP in 2008, with their debut album, ‘Route One or Die’, hitting shelves in 2011, via Blood and Biscuits. The band released their second album, ‘Silent Earthling’, via Superball Music, in April 2016.
Three Trapped Tigers have announced a handful of autumn shows in the UK and Ireland, serving as 10th birthday celebrations for their label, Blood and Biscuits, and featuring the Physics House Band, Gallops, Strobes and a solo set from Three Trapped Tigers’ Adam Betts.

On Three Trapped Tigers’ new record, ‘Silent Earthling’, there’s a track called Rainbow Road, named after the notorious racing circuit on the video game Mario Kart. It might be the most perfect song title of the year.

Good reviews and a Deftones support slot notwithstanding, Three Trapped Tigers didn’t catch the attention they perhaps deserved with their 2011 debut, ‘Route One or Die’. The trio’s fusion of groove-based post-rock and IDM was more than just unique; it was an experimental, futuristic vision of electronic music that threw everything on the canvas.
