Wovenwar are an American heavy metal outfit hailing from San Diego, California. Formed in 2013, the band consists of frontamn Shane Blay, guitarists Nick Hipa and Phil Sgrosso, bassist Josh Gilbert, and drummer Jordan Mancino.
Created after former members of now defunct group As I Lay Dying decided to work with Oh, Sleeper vocalist Blay, Wovenwar would immediately start work on their first album. The self-titled LP hit shelves in August 2014, via their new home, Metal Blade. Having already toured alongside the likes of Periphery, In Flames, and All That Remains, Wovenwar are now set to play UK dates in May 2015. Get your tickets now!
