Busta Rhymes, real name Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr is an American rapper and producer from Brooklyn, New York.

Starting his music career in 1989, he was a member of the hip hop group, Leaders of the New School, Busta Rhymes popularity rose after appearing on A Tribe Called Quest’s Scenario. He released his debut album, ‘The Coming’, in 1995, which gave him his breakout #8 Billboard Hot 100 single, Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check. One of hip-hop’s more celebrated names, he has picked up a hefty eleven Grammy nominations over the years, releasing ten studio albums. His last album was ‘Year of the Dragon’, in 2012.
