Bon Jovi Forced To Pay Compensation Claim

A mother who was involved in a road accident with a Bon Jovi roadie has been awarded £33,000 compensation.
Security guard Sally Allen, 39, was left with a broken leg, dislocated toe and crushed foot after a roadie for the band drove over her in a golf buggy. Ms Allen spent a week in hospital and is said to have suffered depression in the following weeks, which left her unable to return to work. Ms Allen also claimed that the incident has ruined her sex life.
"I have gone through hell since the accident and my marriage has broken down” She said. “I'd no idea it would drag on this long. Now I have decided to draw a line under it and get on with my life. I can't cope with it anymore."
Sally, who was originally claiming £250,000, admitted the £33,000 was a big let-down
The security guard, who was trying to clear a VIP area at the time, is said to be disappointed with the amount, having originally appealed for £250,000: "I finished up getting only about £3,000 after I paid back what I'd got in disability benefits and what I owed the solicitor. It's hard because I've lost more money than that through not working for four years."
According to Ms Allen, Kevin McDonnell, who was driving the buggy, said: "Do you know who I am? Get out of my way, you f***ing whore". After this outburst he reportedly warned her again before proceeding to drive, shouting: "Last chance, bitch."
The band offered Sally Allen an apology with the remuneration, declaring that Mr McDonnell no longer works for them.NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
