X Factor pop star Alexandra Burke has extended her first UK headline tour, adding a further four new shows to the already confirmed 20-date schedule, entitled her 'All Night Long' tour.
Back in 2008 Alexandra Burke was introduced to the British public after appearing on TV show 'The X Factor', the same show that launched Leona Lewis into the music limelight. Two years later Burke's powerful vocals, which have been compared to those of Whitney Houston, have propelled her to super-stardom. Her début album 'Overcome' went straight into the UK album chart at Number One upon its release in October 2009 and has since sold more than 600,000 copies in the UK alone.
The singer will begin 2011 with her 'All Night Long' tour, getting the extensive jaunt underway in Belfast on January 18th. Staying on the road for over a month, Alexandra Burke will be calling in at veues in London, Manchester, Brighton and Cardiff amongst other cities.
