Dum Dum Girls Confirm Details Of UK Tour, New EP & Tickets

2010 has been a busy year for Dum Dum Girls, releasing their debut full length, 'I Will Be' and touring non-stop with bands such as Vampire Weekend, Beach House, MGMT, Male Bonding and The Crocodiles.
Looking to the New Year, 2011 is proving to be just as busy for the band, having announced US tour dates for Feb/ March, a brand new EP, 'He Gets Me High' for 1st March 2011 and now, the band have confirmed UK dates for March and April.
Produced by lead Dum Dum Girl Dee Dee as well as legendary songwriter ('My Boyfriend's Back', 'I Want Candy') and producer (Blondie, the Go-Go's) Richard Gottehrer, (he also produced 'I Will Be') and the Raveonettes' Sune Rose Wagner. This 4 track EP features 3 new songs as well as a cover of The Smiths’, 'There is a Light,' and sonically propels the band into a new and exciting direction - out of their lo-fi bedroom pop and into full time dwellers in the house of punky pop rock.
