British songwriter Jessie J has teamed up with rap newcomer Devlin for a remix of her single ‘Price Tag’, it has been revealed. The ‘Do It Like A Dude’ singer supposedly met Devlin at a series of events before deciding to do the collaboration at Channel AKA’s Christmas party.
The pair were recently interviewed by The Sun, where Jessie J said: "Devlin and I kept crossing paths. I'm a huge fan of his work and he said he loved ‘Price Tag’. A day later we were in the studio together." Devlin added: "I met Jessie at the label one day, we had a good chat. I'm a big fan of her work and I saw her at an event before Christmas, we had a chat there and a day later we were in the studio working on the remix."

Jessie J clearly has some networking skills: the singer has already teamed up with American rapper B.o.B on a more restrained version of the track, which will be released as a single in the next few weeks.
Meanwhile, the Essex songwriter has stated that she will be writing songs for Britney Spears’ comeback album. Speaking to Rap-Up magazine, the singer said: "I am going in the studio tomorrow to try and write a song for Britney. I was sent a backing track for her album and they specifically asked me to write on it, so I'm going to go in the studio on my night off."
Jessie added: "I'm gonna put a little Jessie J spin on it and get Britney singing about grabbing her crotch. You never know."
