Ex-Dr Hook singer Dennis Locorriere is ready for a huge start to 2011 - with plans of a massive tour and a release of a CD, DVD and book.
The widely successful artist has played to over 900,000 in the UK alone and now is ready to add to that number, with a tour planned to start in February.
And this is a massive tour – he begins his expedition in Horsham on 23rd of Feb, leading all the way to July the 10th at the Americana festival in Newark.
The 61-year-old plays not 20, not 30 but over 40 shows in the UK within those days. But if THAT wasn’t enough, Dennis is also planning to release a live DVD and CD of his show at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall after last year’s Post Cool show. This is due for a June 6th release, and is a must have for any Dennis fans and especially anyone who attended that show!
Sometime in spring will also see the release of a double CD pack – featuring both of the singers solo albums, as well as some unreleased and never before heard tracks. This will be Dennis’ first release on his own label ‘Post Cool’.
Concluding the events for Dennis so far is the release of his book, a publication of his own cartoons and poetry, which is also set for a June release date.
