Alice Cooper Accuses Robert Plant of Blocking Led Zeppelin Reunion

Rock legend Alice Cooper has told another legendary icon off – for playing Folk instead of rocking it up with his pals!

Robert Plant’s last release was an album with folk singer Alison Krauss, after Led Zeppelin’s last show together in 2007, with the rock idol stating “there is nothing worse than a bunch of jaded old farts" – showing his reluctance to reform Led Zeppelin, arguably the biggest rock band the world has ever seen.

But 62-year-old Alice Cooper has hit out at Plant, going all out in attempt to convince him to reform.

“I go out on stage and say 'turn it up'. I never get tired of playing my songs. They are just standing there. What is so hard? Jimmy Page wants to do it. John Paul Jones wants to do it. And they got Bonham's son, who is a killer drummer. All they need is Robert Plant. But what is Robert Plant out there doing? Playing folk music! What is he doing?"

A Led Zeppelin reunion is something all rock fans will undoubtedly want to see, but it’s all down to Robert Plant and whether he feels its right to bring the four back together.
