Bellowhead Reveal Summer Festival Dates & Huge UK Tour & Tickets

Following their big feature/ interview on BBC Breakfast earlier this week, Bellowhead have announced details of a huge UK tour that takes in a set of headline shows this April, gigs at Glastonbury, Latitude, Truck, Summer Sundae, V Festival, Womad, Green Man and a full regional tour in November. Full list of dates is below.

Following its release in October 2010 and the massive critical and public acclaim that accompanied it, ‘Hedonism’ - Bellowhead's third album - swiftly became the band's best-selling release and was backed up with a 20 date sold-out UK tour.
The band appeared on BBC TV twice: Later With Jools Holland in November and the Hootenanny Special on New Year’s Eve, performing two songs on each occasion. By the miracle of teleportation (or something similar), they also played one of their regular New Year’s Eve concert extravaganzas at London’s South Bank Centre, where they are Artists In Residence.
2011 saw the band get off to a similarly spectacular start, with multiple nominations and two winners gongs for Best Group and Best Live Act at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards ceremony. The latter award was for an unprecedented 5th time.
