Gym Class Heroes Announce Autumn UK Tour & Tickets

Travie McCoy and Matt McGinley started a band in New York over ten years ago and not for minute did they think they would receive the success they have achieved so far. Friends Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo and Eric Roberts complete the award-winning four-piece who released their fifth studio album, 'The Papercut Chronicles II', earlier this year in February.
2010 saw lead singer Travie McCoy unleash his debut solo offering 'Billionaire' to rave reviews, clocking-up over 2.5 million digital sales in the US alone. The single, which featured Bruno Mars, also reached Number One in the UK R&B Charts.
Speaking about the huge success already experienced, McCoy claimes that the band are only just getting started. “I think that the day we’re satisfied or content with where Gym Class Heroes is, is the day we find something else to do. Once we feel like we’re not hungry anymore it’s time to finds something else to do. But right now we’re just as hungry as we were four or five years ago… in fact we’re starving.”
Previous albums released by Gym Class Heroes include ‘The Papercut Chronicles’, ‘As Cruel As School Children’ and ‘The Quilt’ and had UK top 5 hits with ‘Cupids Chokehold’, ‘Clothes Off’ and Cookie Jar’.

Oct 1st - Leeds Cockpit
Oct 2nd - Manchester Sound Control
Oct 4th - Glasgow Arches
Oct 7th - London Electric Ballroom
