Flogging Molly Confirm Full-Scale Autumn UK Tour & Tickets

2011 is shaping up to be a great year for Flogging Molly. Following the sold-out, fan-only London Garage show and the release of their latest album 'Speed of Darkness', Flogging Molly have revealed plans to return to the UK this Autumn for a full-scale November headline tour.

Fresh, if not still a little muddy, from playing a brilliant set at last weekend's Glastonbury festival as well as string of European festival performances, the seven-piece Celtic punk rockers will ensemble in November to play tracks from their new album 'Speed of Darkness' as well as all the old favorites in venues across the UK. The tour also includes two shows at London's HMV Forum and a show at Manchester's Academy 2.

Nothing has mattered more to Flogging Molly than their new record, 'Speed of Darkness'. It marks the debut of Flogging Molly's own record label Borstal Beat, which they founded after a great run with SideOneDummy, their home for the last decade. The new chapter in the band's life also makes perfect sense: they're more independent than ever, more themselves than ever.

'Speed Of Darkness' debuted at Number Nine in the US Billboard charts and has delivered a host of top chart positions around the world. The album follows up Flogging Molly's acclaimed 2008 release ‘Float’, which has gone on to sell over 80,000 copies in the UK and Europe.

Nov 5th - Manchester, Academy 2
