Big Time Rush Announce UK HMV Store Signing Sessions

Fans will get the chance to meet the boyband Big Time Rush in person, when they visit two HMV stores to celebrate the release of the UK fan edition of their album, ‘B.T.R’, starting at HMV’s flagship Oxford Street store, in London’s West End, on Monday 11th July 2011. Big Time Rush will be at the store from 5.30pm to meet fans and sign copies of the new album which is officially released the same day. Next up the band head to HMV’s High Street store in Birmingham on Tuesday 12th July 2011 for another signing session kicking off at 5.30 pm.

Big Time Rush follows the lives of Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan as they search for musical superstardom. Since the launch on Nickelodeon UK, Big Time Rush (which airs daily) has consistently rated in the top slots and has been watched by more than 5 million viewers. ‘B.T.R’ landed the Number Three spot on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart last year and is now certified Gold having sold more than 500,000 albums. The UK version of the album will delight British fans, including six bonus tracks and an exclusive poster.

Due to anticipated demand events will be wristbanded. Fans can pick up free wristbands at the participating HMV store which allows them access to the signing. 500 wristbands will be available on a first-come first-served basis from HMV 150 Oxford Street, London, W1 on the day of the event from 9.00 am. One pair of wristbands per customer maximum, in person only, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.

In Birmingham 500 wristbands will be available only from HMV, 38 High Street, Birmingham from 9.00am on the day of the event onwards. One pair of wristbands per customer maximum, in person only, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.

Tuesday 12th July at 5.30pm - HMV, High Street, Birmingham
