Rhymesayers European Tour to Hit London in November & Tickets

US hip-hop label Rhymesayers Entertainment have announced details of a new European tour in association with Carhartt in November. The tour will feature a line-up of the label’s finest acts including Brother Ali, Evidence of Dilated Peoples, Blueprint and Grieves & Budo, as well as headlining performances from label co-founders Atmosphere. The Rhymesayers European Tour will kick-off at London’s Electric Ballroom on 7th November – see below for tickets.

Hip-hop duo Atmosphere – made up of rapper Sean ‘Slug’ Daley and DJ Anthony ‘Ant’ Davis - founded Rhymesayers Entertainment in 1995 with Brent Sayers and Musab Saad. They released their debut album ‘Overcast!’ through the label in 1997. The duo’s sixth album ‘The Family Sign’ - the follow-up to 2008’s Billboard Top 10 release ‘When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold’ - was released earlier this year. The video for their latest single from the album, ‘The Last to Say’, can be watched below.

Dilated Peoples rapper Evidence released his debut solo album ‘The Weatherman’ in 2007 before signing to Rhymesayers Entertainment in 2009. His first album for the label, ‘Cats & Dogs’, is due for release later this year. Blueprint is one half of the hip-hop duo Soul Position – also signed to Rhymesayers – and released his latest solo album for the label ‘Adventures in Counter-Culture’ earlier this year. Grieves & Budo are the latest signings to Rhymesayers and will be releasing their new collaborative effort ‘Together/Apart’ this month.
