36 Crazyfists Cancel UK And European Tour

Fans will be left sorely disappointed as four-piece metal band 36 Crazyfists have been forced to cancel their UK and European tour.

The band were set to take the transatlantic trip this October but had to cancel after an illness suffered by vocalist Brock Lindow’s family. So far it looks like the trip won’t be re-scheduled either, with the band instead choosing to take the October period off and returning to the studio early next year to work on a new album. Although the sound of a new LP (and possibly another tour) will sound appetising to fans but they will no doubt feel sour about the cancellation.

A statement from the singer clarifies the situation:

Dear friends,

It is with great sadness that I am writing you all to let you know that we will not be able to tour Europe in October this year. I have a family member who is very ill and I must be at home to help and support my family in every way I can. We will definitely make it up to all our friends who had planned on attending the shows. All of you mean everything to us and we are so grateful...thanks for your understanding and we will see you with a new album next year.

All my respect,

Brock 36CF

Although it looks unlikely, Stereoboard will keep you updated on whether this tour is re-scheduled.
