Other Lives, the atmospheric five-piece from the vast remote plains of Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA, have unveiled an interactive multimedia official website that aims to reflect and enhance the band's beautiful, cinematic music.
Partnering with interactive video service wireWAX, the official Other Lives website is based around the band's video for recent single 'For 12' and allows the viewer to interact with key elements within the video itself, exposing exclusive Soundcloud clips, YouTube videos, Instagram galleries and even offering the ability for fans to stream the band's forthcoming new album 'Tamer Animals' in its entirety pre-release.
Giving fans the opportunity to discover and experience Other Lives in a unique online space, the new Tamer Animals site will have new, exclusive content added to it over the coming few weeks and months, so fans can return time and again to discover more about this otherworldly quintet.
Head of Digital Marketing Darren Hemmings: “We wanted to create a really engaging visual experience for people to explore the 'Tamer Animals' album, and the wireWAX interactive video platform allowed us to do that. Fans can now check out the whole album, watch video clips and even contribute to the site’s content by tagging photos with the #otherlives hashtag and having them appear in the Instagram section.”
Other Lives new album 'Tamer Animals' is released on the 29th August. The band arrived in the UK this week to play a series of festivals, headline shows and sessions on Radio 1, 2 and 4.
