X-Factor winner Matt Cardle has lined-up three Scottish shows for this September, sparking rumours that a full UK tour could be announced shortly.
The talent-show contestant has been in the studio for the majority of this year working on new material and has scheduled at least three shows ahead of what could be his first UK solo tour.
The singer, whose only previous single ‘When We Collide’ topped the charts back in 2010, is set to release his debut album ‘Letters’ on October 17th this year – as well as a brand new single ‘Run for your Life’, which will hit shelves on October 9th.
“After months of being in the studio,” Cardle said, “I can't wait to get out and actually play some of the tracks live before the album comes out. I also thought it would be fun to play these small shows somewhere a little bit off the beaten track.”
Nothing has been mentioned about any shows outside of the UK, but it is a very possible outcome – especially when the 28 year-old has a new album on the way.
If you want to catch Cardle in Scotland this autumn, check the dates and details below. Tickets go on sale August 27th at 9am.
Matt Cardle Scottish tour dates are as follows:
