Neil Young Postpones Buffalo Springfield Reunion Tour Until Later in 2012

Buffalo Springfield’s reunion tour has once again been put on hold after it was initially postponed until 2012.

Although they are still planning their full reunion tour, they had hoped to begin playing shows this autumn. But, after a postponement meant they wouldn’t be performing until 2012, a further altercation has meant that it looks like the band won’t hit the road until later next year.

“The plan is still to tour next year,” said David Spero, the band’s manager. “Buffalo Springfield is at the top of Neil's list of priorities. It's just a matter of finding a time that works for everybody.”

The group planned the reunion tour last year after they performed together for the first time in 40 years. Although a full reunion is impossible, as both Bruce Palmer and Dewey Martin have passed away, Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Richie Furay will be getting together to embark on a full tour.
