Paramore Unveil New Track ‘Renegade’ – Watch Now

US rockers Paramore have unveiled a new track, a lively number with soaring vocals entitled ‘Renegade’. The song was premiered during a recent live show in New York, and is scheduled to be released as a free download to fans in the near future. You can watch the band performing the track live for the first time at the bottom of this page.
Paramore performed the track for the first time during a show at New York’s Terminal 5 on Wednesday evening (September 7th), but now fan footage of the performance has appeared online. The show was put on to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Fueled By Ramen label, which has hosted top US bands including Panic! At The Disco, Gym Class Heroes, The Hush sound and (of course) Paramore themselves.
Introducing the song for the first time, frontwoman Hayley Williams said: “We are about to play a song we've never ever played before. We'll be putting this song online for you guys to have as soon as we can, as soon as possible, we're working on it. It's called 'Renegade'.”
The band also stated that ‘Renegade’ is the first of three songs to be released from recording sessions earlier this March. At the time the band hinted at an EP release before their next full-length album, however many are now speculating that the tracks will be released as individual downloads first.
Speaking on the band’s official site, Williams said: “Back in March, we recorded a handful of songs (including 'Monster') with Rob Cavallo which we promised we'd get to you this year. 'Renegade' is the first song of the three that are left to be released.”
