Gary Barlow Confirms Star Studded Children In Need Rocks Manchester Concert

Gary Barlow has announced plans for a star studded benefit gig for the Children in Need charity this November.
The gig, Children in Need Rocks, will take place at Manchester's MEN Arena on November 17th, and features a stellar line-up of acts including Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Elbow, JLS and more acts to be confirmed.
Doctor Who star David Tennant will host the concert with DJs Chris Moyles and Fearne Cotton, which will be broadcast live on BBC One, BBC HD and BBC Radio One. Also on the lineup is Michael Buble, N-Dubz, Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol and Hugh Laurie.
Take That songwriter and current X Factor judge Barlow, the organiser of the gig, said "I’m so thrilled that these incredible artists are giving their time for such a special charity that is very close to my heart. I can’t wait to see it all come together on November 17th, there are still some great acts we're keeping up our sleeve to announce in the coming weeks and who knows, I might even sing a little something on the night too."
Co-host Chris Moyles says "It's an amazing line up and great that it's in the north of England. Handy for Gary and I to go visit our mums!"
BBC Children in Need CEO David Ramsden says "With Gary’s incredible support we are going to be able to change thousands of young lives right here in the UK. He has put together an amazing line-up for an unforgettable evening which will raise lots of money for disadvantaged children who desperately need our help."
