David’s Lyre Releases Cover of Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ for Free – Listen Now

London-based singer-songwriter David’s Lyre has announced the release of his own version of Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’. The cover, which you can listen to below, is available as a free download through the David’s Lyre SoundCloud page. The solo artist is currently celebrating the release of his own single ‘Hidden Ground’ – out this week – and will be performing a number of live dates in October and November. David’s Lyre released the EP ‘In Arms’ earlier this year, which was followed by a tour with Chapel Club, as well as some of his own headlining dates. He will be supporting Young Knives in Gloucester this weekend before performing a couple of his own dates next month. On 29th November, he will also be supporting Australian act The Jezabels at London’s Heaven.
‘We Found Love’ by Rihanna (featuring Calvin Harris) is currently at the top of the UK Singles Chart. The song has now been at the Number One spot for three weeks running and makes Rihanna the first female solo artist to top the UK Singles Chart six times in five years.
