OFWGKTA's Left Brain Potentially Facing Jail After Photographer Assault

Controversial rap collective OFWGKTA have got themselves into even more trouble with the law after member ‘Left Brain’, a.k.a Vyron Turner, was charged with the assault of a female photographer.
Turner, one of the group’s main producers, allegedly hit freelance photographer Amy Harris at New Orlean’s Voodoo Experience festival on October 30th. Harris had originally decided not to press charges – but changed her mind after Odd Future suggested she wasn’t to be trusted and the reason she talked about the ordeal was simply for fame and fortune.
“After telling the photographers to clear out multiple times (as they've done before), Vyron took a swipe at a few cameras, NOT people,” an Odd Future spokesperson claimed. “To manipulate the situation to insinuate an attack on a woman specifically is careless and manipulative.”
Harris was particularly unhappy at the statement and responded by telling the group she would be pursuing legal action against them.
“I was very disheartened to learn yesterday that Odd Future is denying that one of its members, Vyron Turner, engaged in the violent conduct that so many people witnessed and even photographed or videotaped.”
She continued: “After he so publicly attacked me, I truly believed that an apology would be immediately forthcoming which is why I declined to press charges at that time. The unexpected turn of events, including an attack by Odd Future on my credibility and motives for discussing the incident, have caused me to re-evaluate my initial decision.”
The incident could have been, although a stupid and unnecessary act, part of the group’s persona – but could now land the rapper with a $1000 fine and a six-month prison sentence.
