Michael Jackson Estate In Talks For Hollywood Biopic

It was only a matter of time before plans of a Michael Jackson Hollywood biopic were announced. Just over a week since the end of Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial, Michael Jackson's estate are in talks about a movie.

John Branca, executor of Jackson's estate, has reportedly been approached by Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock' Montecito Picture Company who aim to reflect the King Of Pop's life in a movie.

Speaking to Variety, Pollock revealed that talks to produce and finance a Jackson movie have taken place but a deal has not yet been made.

Montecito Picture Company have been previously been behind such movies as comedies 'Road Trip' and 'Old School', as well as 'Up In The Air' and 'Chloe'.

Talks are in still the early stages, however, Michael Jackson's estate are looking to have a film made at some point.

Conrad Murray's trial ended on Friday 7th November with the late superstar's doctor being found guilty. Murray is due to be sentenced on Tuesday 29th November.
