The Stone Roses Confirm Scandinavian Festival Appearances

Reformed Mancunian rockers The Stone Roses have confirmed a further two festival dates today, to add to their selection of shows scheduled for next summer.
Adding to their performances at T in the Park (Scotland), Benicassim (Spain), and Fuji Rock (Japan), they’ve confirmed two sets at the NorthSide Festival in Denmark and Sweden’s Hultsfred Festival, which both run in June – NorthSide from the 15th-17th, and Hultsfred from the 14th-16th.
Interestingly, these two performances now precede the UK shows they have pencilled in – meaning the Swedish and Danish sets together will be their first since they reformation in October. This could mean that even more dates are on the way for the band – so keep an eye out on Stereoboard through the coming months. The Sun have already rumoured that the band could appear at this year’s V Festival, but nothing official has been said yet.
