Lostprophets Unveil Details Of New Album 'Weapons'

Welsh rockers Lostprophets have unveiled details of their forthcoming new album, entitled 'Weapons'.
'Weapons' will hit shelves on 2nd April and is the band's fifth studio album, following-up 2010's 'The Betrayed'. Lostprophets will offer fans a free download of new track 'Better Off Dead' tomorrow, 6th January, head over to the band's Official Facebook Page for details.
Lostprophets signed up LA producer Ken Andrews for 'Weapons'. Ken spoke about the partnership on his blog last summer commenting: "Lost Prophets approached me in November of last year. These guys have had some huge success in their home territory of the UK. Arena level tours.
They had a big hit here is the states in 2004 with the song 'Last Train Home' from the album ‘Start Something’ which sold just shy of a million copies. They have been relatively quiet here since, but that’s all about to change."
A Lostprophets tour supporting the new release is expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Check back to Stereoboard for tour details as soon as they are officially confirmed by the band.
