Pulp Twitter Post Sparks 2012 Tour Rumours

We may not have seen the last of alternative rock icons Pulp following their return to the live music circuit last year, after a post on Twitter get tongues wagging about a possible reappearance later this year.
The band made a surprise performance at Glastonbury festival last year, and then performed a number of shows and festivals as part of a comeback tour – which was their first since they went on hiatus back in 2001. But, after completing the tour, they played what was expected by most to be their last show at Ireland’s Electric Picnic festive – with frontman Jarvis Cocker telling the crowd: “This is the last gig of the tour, so if we start crying or get emotional, you'll understand. Maybe our paths will cross again.”
While some took it as an emotional goodbye to their fans, it appears that their paths will in fact cross again, after the group made a post on their official Twitter account that read: “You think this is over?” It was the band’s first post since September 5th.
It’s most likely that a Pulp return would see them once again ripping through the summer festival circuit, though if they do make another comeback, we could even see a whole new tour. Nothing official has been said yet – so stay with Stereoboard to keep up-to-date with Pulp news.
